Anish Sharma- Culina General Manager

Every city has its own diverse clientele, and it’s very exciting for me to be in a powerhouse of cultural diversity like LA,” says Anish Sharma, General Manager  of Culina Ristorante at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. Leading front-of-the-house operations, Sharma polishes service, collaborates with the kitchen, and connects with guests. “I’ve been very fortunate that our guests have been so welcoming.  I’m glad that in a short span, I’ve been able to garner their trust and that they know they can reach out to me directly for any need.”

 Appointed in late 2023, Sharma was immediately impressed by the ambition of the service team. “People here really want to get better at what they do, and that’s  not the case at every restaurant,” he says. His collaborative and nurturing approach to management inspires his team and himself as he watches them respond to new programs.

 Originally from New Delhi, India, Sharma switched from engineering to hospitality at Pennsylvania State University, driven by a passion for the industry. After  starting his career in Las Vegas, he joined Four Seasons as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in Toronto. “My desire was always to be in the luxury segment delivering true service from the heart in its finest form. No company does that better than Four Seasons.”

 In his downtime, Sharma enjoys hiking, biking, and exploring LA's vibrant culinary scene. “I’m never home. I’m always out, hiking or biking or traveling, even  if I only have a couple of days to get somewhere and back again.
