Ring in the New Year with a luxurious five-course prix fixe menu. Begin with a potato tartlet topped with crème fraiche and caviar, followed by a primi of roasted beets and burrata, scallop crudo, or tuna steak crudo. Next, choose between cavatelli with Manila clams and smoked trout roe, or butternut squash raviolo with winter black truffle. For the main course, savour options such as wagyu striploin, halibut, chicken roulade, or cone cabbage. End the night on a sweet note with red berry panna cotta and chocolate semifreddo.
