Los Angeles, CA (May 20, 2015) Culina, Modern Italian hosts the ultimate Father’s Day Brunch, with a sensational spread created by Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills Executive Chef Cyrille Pannier, sure to impress Dad with special Father’s Day treats, in addition to Culina classics from its world-famous Sunday Brunch.
Jaw-dropping stations are tastefully set up throughout the elegant restaurant. Eggs are prepared in a wide variety of methods, from custom made omelets to special offerings like Corned Beef Hash with Poached Eggs, and a Canadian Bacon Benedict with béarnaise, offered alongside the carving station serving everything from Italian Sausages to Roasted Prime Rib or Leg of Lamb. A Farmers Market Salad Station offers a beautiful seasonal selection of Santa Monica Farmers Market produce including Roasted Mixed Heirloom Peppers with Feta and Oregano; Pee Wee Potato Salad with Whole Grain Honey Mustard, Green Onion and Bacon or Chick Peas; and Tuscan Kale, Sun-dried Tomato and Castelvetrano Olives.
